 Lane Cove

We had a builder renovate our house in Lane Cove approximately 10 years ago. What we thought was a good job soon became a constant fix up. Luckily we knew Bill and Craig and over the last few years they have replaced, restored, re-newed and built from scratch a wide variety of timbers, pavers, stairs, balustarding, floor frames ect, ect, etc. They have always been so helpful with advise and are amazing builders and tradesmen. Bayview Second Storey Addition

 

We had Cabcon Building Solutions add a second storey addition to our house in Bayview. The job had its challenges. Our house is on a very steep hill and the street it too small to set a crane up. The engineer had specified large structural timbers for the floor and roof frames. These timbers had to be carried up by hand. It took 8 men to carry each timber up the 80 stairs to the front door and then the timbers had to be carried up the ramp and set in place. All in all there were about 65 of these timber. Not once did they complain. They just got on with the job and now we have an amazing 3 bedroom second storey addition with views of the water. Great workers, great tradesmen.
